B. Braun Forms New Canadian Subsidiary

B. Braun Medical Inc. has formed a new subsidiary company in Mississauga, ON, which will operate under the name B. Braun of Canada, Ltd. Bob Comer will serve as president, responsible for leading the company and establishing a greater sales and marketing presence in Canada.
